No need to stress over space with three sizable bedrooms all with private bathrooms. A bonus loft area with a foosball table, TV and futon is the perfect additional space for the kids to enjoy. Cook a gourmet meal in the conveniently laid out kitchen featuring granite countertops and cherry cabinetry, or simply walk to one of the many great restaurants nearby!

Amenity extras at The Victorian include a deck-top hut tub; ideal location in downtown Breck; an extra loft area with foosball table; and a full laundry room. Proudly managed and maintained by River Ridge Rentals.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Victorian. The location was perfect, and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The view from the deck was stunning, and we enjoyed sitting out there every day. The home was spotless, and we appreciated all the nice amenities—hot tub, well-stocked kitchen, coffee, body wash/shampoo/conditioner, plentiful towels, paper goods, comfortable beds, and more. Customer service was outstanding, and the managing company was very communicative. We would definitely stay here again!

The location here is perfect and we walked to the town lift in our ski boots it is less than a 2 minute walk and main street is even closer. Would love to stay here again..

The Victorian was a lovely home with great spaces and a family friendly vibe. Amenities were inviting and fun including the hot tub, foosball table, and board games. Location was fabulous. We LOVE that this is a pet friendly rental (as we LOVE our dogs although we did not bring ours). Overall, this is a wonderful Breckenridge rental. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The house was the perfect location for skiing with a 5 minute walk to the gondola and steps from Main Street. The house was very comfortable, clean and the perfect space for two families with kids. Would stay here again on future visits to Breck.

Great ski home with easy access to Breck Connect gondola as well as Main Street for Apres activities. Loved watching sunsets over the mountains from the hot tub and appreciated the large two car garage to keep items clean and easy when unpacking or packing up.

My husband, daughter, her boyfriend, and our dog rented this home in Breckenridge for a long weekend. Having come to Breckenridge for many years, this has been the best experience to date. The house was so clean, perfectly appointed, walkable, and was ideal for our family. Additionally, we didn't want to leave because we were so comfortable. Thank you for this! We will rent again!

Perfect location near downtown!

This home was the perfect layout and location for our family of 5. With 3 beds each with private bath, laundry room and comfy furniture we had plenty of space and comfort. We walked everywhere on Main St from the home, and the hottub views were spectacular! The garage parking was super convenient also. We will definitely book this whenever we return to Breck.

Perfect location in Breck. You can walk to everything, but also if you are like me and have a hard time adjusting to the altitude it was an easy drive to park. The hot tub has a great view of pretty much everything. I’m pretty picky on my mattresses and I was comfortable. I have four kids, and they loved having their own area upstairs. Bathrooms in every room was convenient as well. Having a garage was nice to keep our suburban out of the snow. If you want to get on the slopes, it’s a convenient walk to the gondola. We had a fox regularly come to the home which was pretty neat. The house was very well thought out for your needs. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a comfortable stay.

10 year RRR renter here. Eliminate pets, as someone brought a cat into this rental. We spent an hour using a vacuum on the couch alone. Bring back the bar stools. Open the foosball sleeping area or change the max capacity to 8 as there isn't enough beds without that space. We booked 2024 tonight and look forward to it. Thanks!

The pictures don’t do this house justice. The views from the hot tub were so beautiful. 3 rooms each with private baths was so nice to have for our group. And the property management was very responsive. I will definitely be back if I have the chance

Enjoyed the close proximity to town - my family of 6 adults and 2 dogs fit comfortably in this home. Two car garage. Easy access in and out. Cool mountain air mornings sitting on back porch looking at Mountains was fantastic- we would definitely come back and stay- my husband said I chose a winner with this rental!!

I've been coming to Breckenridge for decades, this is one of the better locations as far as access to main street and the Gondola. River Ridge Property was very responsive and available to answer questions. They actually answer the phone.

This house is perfect for 5-6 people. It will sleep many more but the living room will not accommodate as many. The location is awesome and has a fantastic view.

Came to CO for a graduation and stayed in Breckenridge because it looked like a charming community and very dog friendly. The Victorian was the perfect place to stay. Just a block off Main St. so no reason to get in the car, just leash the dog and head downtown. The house had everything we needed and was so comfortable. Just a block off Main St. so no reason to get in the car, just leash the dog and head downtown. The house had everything we needed and was so comfortable. We loved the view of the ski resort and ability to step out onto the deck and feel like we could touch the mountains.

Very nice place. Short and I mean short walk to the gondola. Our coffee maker broke the first morning and a new one was there when we got home from skiing. Very responsive management.

This place is wonderful. The location is outstanding and the views from the main area and the hot tub are amazing. We used the hot tub every day and our favorite time was just when the sun was setting and the mountains would light up. The kitchen was well stocked. We walked to the Gondola (in our ski boots) and it was about 2 1/2 blocks, a 5 minute walk. Breckenridge Pour house is quite close with a good Happy Hour, extensive selection of local beers and a great TV setup where we could watch the NFL Playoffs. River Ridge Rentals is very communicative and very responsive, one of the best hosts/rental companies I've dealt with. We highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The house is beautiful and the location can't be beat! Walking distance to everything to enjoy Summer in Breck. It was unusually cold the weekend we were there and it could not have been more perfect. We really enjoyed watching the storms rolling over the mountain while sitting in the hot tub. Great experience overall!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Victorian House. The location and view could not be beat! We loved all the windows in the home and the hot tub was much used on an uncharacteristically cold summer weekend. We will be booking again for sure!

Returned to this property in Breckinridge. House was clean, large and well stocked. Our family particularly enjoyed the hot tub that looked out over the mountain. House was conveniently located close to main street, the bike path and one of the gondolas. Despite the proximity to bars and restaurants, the property was quiet. Screens on the windows and a larger washer/dryer would make the house even better. We'll be back.

Had a great ski vacation with 2 young kids and another couple. We had plenty of room in the house and the house was very new and updated. The hot tub was an awesome end of the day. The view from the house was amazing. The location could not have been better as it was steps from the gondola and the town of Breckenridge.

This was a quick getaway. First time to Breckenridge probably came at a crazy time but overall the experience was great. House was clean, hot tub was nice kids really enjoyed learning how to snowboard. Unfortunately during this Covid shut down nothing is easy.

The Victorian is a very nice property, and we'd certainly stay there again. We initially chose it because it seemed to be the nicest and most conveniently located dog-friendly house we could find in Breck. There were only three of us, and we had more than enough room to spread out, even more than we needed. This house would work well for a larger family, or up to three couples, if one didn't mind sleeping in twin beds. Although it's a victorian, the home is updated with a vaulted living area, modern appliances and an open kitchen/dining/family layout, so you won't feel like you're at Grandma's. The lower level master addition is also vaulted, with a fireplace and large bath. The house has a cozy mountain decor, the beds were all comfy, and the fireplaces and hot tub all worked well. The back deck, where the hot tub sits, has an excellent view of town rooftops and the slopes. The two-car, heated garage was a big plus, especially on those single-digit mornings. The location was perfect, as it sits just half a block off of North Main. From the garage, one only needs to cut though an adjacent lot to be on Main. It's a short walk to the gondola, and our morning dash to Daylight Donuts was a great way to start each day. :-) There was also a resident neighborhood fox, who was a delight to watch. My only cautions would be in regard to the stairs and the heating. The main way to access to the property is via the garage, and there are two flights of stairs to get to the main living area, with one more to the upstairs bedroom. So, if you have someone in your party who can't manage stairs well, this probably isn't the house for you. The only other issue we had was managing the temperature. The radiant floor heating is great, but getting a handle on temp regulation was a bit tricky. There are fans and space heaters, and we used them both. We also brought some extra blankets, and I'm glad we did. Overall, it's a great house in a great location!

It was great! The house was perfect. When neither coffee makers worked they made sure to get one sent over. When maintenance showed up they brought a brand new one in the box. River Ridge Rentals checked in with me everyday to make sure things were going good. I was extremely impressed with the service. I would definitely use River Ridge Rentals again. The house has the best views and the location cannot get any better.

I'm hesitant to even say how much we enjoyed our stay, because it means it will be that much harder to rent the next time around. The location is amazing. A 2 block walk to the gondola, and a 1 block walk to Main Street. We had no problem getting our young kids to ski school every day at the top of Peak 8, while we popped over to ride on Peak 7. The house is great, and the management company was very responsive and helpful in the few minor questions we had.

The best part about this cute house is the location. You can walk to the gondola in under five minutes, even in ski boots and even more quickly, you can also walk to restaurants, a small and large grocery, shops, etc. The listing photos represent the house well. Three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, comfy beds, mountain décor, et outside of the garage (which is the true house access in the winter.)The kitchen is big, well lit and nicely stocked. The living room is a bit petite if everyone wants a comfy chair - but the space is open and works well. There are two parking spots in the heated garage. Be sure to have a 4wd in the winter and bring warm boots with traction - there is snow and ice everywhere - covering the front steps (unusable), to-from the hot tub and in the alley.Definitely bring your bathing suits - the view from the hot tub cannot be beat.A note about the house management - River Ridge was friendly, helpful, responsive and professional, even during the hectic week around Christmas. Their app is useful and provides good info. and quick communication - as does their staff (via a quick phone call.)

We had the most wonderful getaway for our girls trip. Everyone just loved the house. It was so clean and cozy. The location was fantastic!! Super close to all the shops and restaurants! Had a very minor problem with the alarm panel beeping all crazy in the middle of the night. I hated to wake someone up at 3 in the morning but Spencer, with maintenance, was so nice and very helpful. He solved the problem within minutes and we went back to sleep. Thank you Spencer for being so kind!! Our annual girls weekend was a success and so much of that success is because we were all comfortable and happy in our home away from home!! Thank you!!!

Spacious, tidy home with lots of utility. Walking distance to main street. Parking in garage was convenient. Plenty of rooms and beds for our family of 5. Hot tub and fireplaces are nice amenities. Game room and board games are nice for rainy days. Kitchen was functional for home cooking and utensils and basic staples were available. Check in and check out process were easily done with a tap of my phone. Bus stop with free transit right across main street.

The location of the Victorian is perfect. Walking distance to Gondola and downtown shops. The hot tub was definitely a plus after a long day of skiing. The only item I would say to bring is your own pillows but everything else was perfect!

But, the best thing about this house is the location. So close to town and more importantly to the gondola. Easy walk in ski boots carrying your equipment!

This was the perfect place. We had plenty of family room and even with 5 people, we still had loads of privacy. Plus, the view was beautiful, the location ideal and everything was well maintained. Plus, the kitchen was very well equipped. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend it.

First off, the hot tub looks out to the trails on Breckenridge mountain... heavenly! The kitchen is updated and well-stocked with appliances and cooking utensils, which is usually hard to come across. The home has everything you'd need during your stay and is very cozy with multiple fireplaces throughout the home. The property management company was also very easy to deal with, and really goes above and beyond. Thanks for having us again and we hope to come back at the end of the ski season for more relaxation in your beautiful home!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Victorian. The house was perfect and the location couldn't have been better for a weekend of skiing. Would love to come back and rent this place in the summer. Close to everything!

We stayed at the Victorian for a weekend get-away. The home was perfect for our group of two couples plus two kids. Once we parked in the heated garage, we didn't use our vehicle again until we checked out. For skiing, we walked to the gondola and headed to Peak 8 where we had rented all of our equipment/gear. Shopping and restaurants were only a block away. Property was clean, and we really enjoyed the mountain views from the hot tub. Would love to stay again in the future!

We happily booked a last minute stay at \"The Victorian\" for a family ski trip to Breckenridge. We were thrilled to get a single family vs. hotel room or townhouse but were even happier upon arrival. Leading up to the stay the communication was perfect from River Ridge and check-in was so easy. This property over delivered with beautiful mountain views from the deck/Hot Tub, a 2 car heated garage perfect for getting our gear on and keeping the cars clean, and nicely appointed bedrooms. It was also a perfect in-town location for walking wherever for food and drinks and even closer to the gondola than I thought when booking (literally less than 2 blocks ~ no shuttles needed!). In summary, this was a great home and we will happily stay here again, hopefully next year!

Our weekend in town for the Breckenridge Road Marathon was just perfect, starting with the location of the Victorian! The house is absolutely adorable and on the cutest street...and the hot tub was fantastic! We loved the fact that we could wake up and watch the sun rise over the beautiful mountains, and that HARVEST moon was breathtaking! We also enjoyed being able to watch the finish of the marathon from our hot tub enjoying ice cold beer from the neat market/liquor store down on the corner. We have already made plans to return for next years race and hope to rent the house again!! Thanks so much!

My girlfriends and I are all professionals that work a ton in Denver and once a year we get away for a weekend to just relax and enjoy the mountains. This house was perfect! It is a beautiful house, great location and all the amenities we needed! We highly recommend for your trip to the mountains!

The Best of Breck

This is the perfect place for three couples, even with a couple kids. The kitchen is spacious and well supplied...we ate all but one meal in because it was such a comfortable and charming arrangement with kitchen, eating area, living room, great views and hot tub altogether with lots of room to maneuver. The pictures are confusing, so here is the lay out: come up the stairs from the garage, on the left is the bedroom/ game room pictured with table game. That is right next to the grand master with fireplace, double sinks etc. so a great arrangement for mama, papa, and a couple kids. Down the hall is a nice master for a couple having a private bath, with the laundry room at the end of the hall. Go up the stairs the living space described above, then up the stairs from that to essentially the most private room in the house that is very comfortable with its own bath for a couple, having a loft bed for a youngster. This is a block and a half from the gondola...and a nice stroll to shops, with a brewpub, bistro, and coffee shop all within a hundred feet. Been coming to Breck for thirty years...and this is the nicest, cleanest, most functional, and perfectly located house we have rented.

Perfect location

This house is perfect if you're wanting to be close to Main Street. We walked everywhere--restaurants, shops, and coffee shops are all a 2-10 minute walk. The gondola station going up the mountain is a 2 minute walk from the house. A cute public playground area for kids is just down the street. As far as the house goes, it was a little bit smaller inside (especially the living area) than the pictures looked, but still a very nice and comfortable house. The tri level is something to note for sleeping arrangements: there are 2 bedroom suites on the first floor, then one level up is the living area and kitchen, then another level up is another bedroom suite with 2 single beds. The hot tub on the deck and view is extraordinary. Overall, a really nice house, great location, awesome view.

This was our second time staying at The Victorian and the house did not disappoint. The location is so close to town. We come every year for Oktoberfest and it is an easy walk back and forth to the festivities. The house is in excellent condition and all of the amenities we could ask for. The views from the balcony are unbeatable. We love staying at this house! The only thing to consider staying at this house is you must be able to handle stairs! It's a bit of a work out packing in and out.

My girlfriends and I have stayed here (now 2 years in a row) for the Breckenridge half marathon. It is the perfect location! Excellent amenities. We cooked dinner in on Friday night & went out on Saturday. Easy to walk everywhere downtown. The deck has amazing views and the hot tub is great! Excellent amenities also provided for the showers. No need to travel with body wash or shampoo/conditioner as they had full sized bottles of nice quality shower necessities

The house was clean and up to date with appliances and decor. Everything worked. The heated garage was a plus for drying out skis and boots. Our Suburban easily fit into the garage. Its a 30 second walk to Main St and a 4-5 minute walk to the Gondola. Thanks for a great week!

We really enjoyed our stay. Located perfectly to walk to shops and food. Easy quick walk to gondola. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. The open lay out was just right for our thanksgiving group. The ease of parking in garage was wonderful also. If stairs will be an issue for any guests, note that there are lots of them. Great place, would attempt to rent again if we are in the area.

We've been renting this home every Fall for about 4 years now. We've stayed 2 weeks, 3 weeks & next year were staying 5 weeks! The home is perfect for guests because every bedroom has their own bathroom & with three levels we don't feel like we're on top of each other. The location is perfect! Walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores & Main Street. The property management company, River Ridge Rentals are amazing to work with. If there was a problem (always minor) they quickly took care of it. Highly recommend!!

Everything was wonderful. The house was as expected, and the location was unbeatable! The only "negative" was that there wasn't any air conditioning so the top floor bedroom got pretty warm-but a few extra fans helped a lot! Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Such a beautiful home with a great layout. Every person in our group had privacy and space to spread out. Walking distance to everything - restaurants, shopping, ski, art exhibits! Beds were comfortable and inviting after a long day of exploring the town. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and the view from the hot tub is priceless. Would stay again and recommend to everyone!

My family and I have rented other rentals in the area through the years and this rental is by far the best one we have stayed in. The fact that they had separate towels for you to use for the hot tub, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels and seasonings. These little things provided makes a huge difference. Everything was walkable from this location. We will definitely stay here agin.
