My family and I vacation once a year to discuss yearly goals. This rental was the perfect location and layout. We were able to communicate and meditate . It was large enough to allow our private space when needed. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the neighborhood hood was very quiet. We will be booking again.

This place is a stunner as soon as you pull into the driveway. The views are beautiful. The finishes in the house make you feel like royalty. The staff was very easy to communicate with during our stay. The definition of a mountain house escape. It was refreshing to come home to and difficult to leave! So much room for everyone you never feel crammed or that you don’t have your own space. Everything was extremely clean upon arrival and check out procedures were simple and easy!

This house is beyond amazing! We rented it for 30 days to escape the Texas heat, and it was not only beautiful, but much larger than we expected. The pictures do not do this place justice. The views from the back porch looking at the golf course and mountains are stunning! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need. River Ridge Rentals was extremely responsive to any and all requests we had (box fans, extra linens, cleaning supplies, surround sound system, etc.).The only changes I would make is that the couch upstairs is rather worn causing everyone to sink towards the middle cracks, and the bed sheets were scratchy and stiff. We cannot wait to return to this house next summer! Thank you River Ridge Rentals for everything!!

This was the perfect place for our group of 10 friends for a long weekend. The house had everything we needed and we all slept comfortably with each couple in their own rooms. It took about 5-10 min to drive to the gondolas that take you up to the ski areas, so that was super convenient. Communication with the management company was excellent - if we needed anything they would respond within a few minutes. I would definitely recommend staying at the Iron Eagle Landing!

Truly, my favorite house in Breckenridge. We’ve stayed An iron Eagle approximately three or four times now and it never gets old. It almost feels like our home away from home. Overall we loved the house! You cannot beat the location and views. We did notice a few things could be updated. The couch in the downstairs bedroom is broken and the dishwasher did not really clean the dishes. Also, the property was clean but two of the downstairs beds had hairs on the pillows and sheets.

This house was perfect for our group. Was luxurious enough for the adults to feel like they were on vacation but laid out simple enough to let the kids roam without worrying about them. Beautiful location on the golf course yet still close enough drive to Main street. Check in process worked flawlessly. Overall very pleased!

We had a fantastic week in Breckenridge as a family - when the weather turned out to include more rain and cold than anticipated - we were happy to have such a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Movie nights, hot tub, game tables, beautiful views and a fantastic kitchen made for some great family time even without heading out. Communication was easy as was check-in and checkout due to texting and app options. They were responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Hope to return again sometime!

Hosted our annual fantasy football draft/golf weekend at this amazing property, and it was awesome! The house was as described, and easily accommodated 12 adults comfortably. The location was perfect as it was basically on Breckenridge Golf Club which was one of the courses we played and provided amazing views. The kitchen was actually stocked with everything we needed for food prep and cooking which was amazing. Would highly recommend the property for anyone looking for a getaway in a beautiful area!

What a wonderful home! We had four families meet up for a ski week and it was fabulous. It was the first time that we all felt like there was plenty of room for adults and kids. The location was just close enough to town for getting the lifts, dining and spa, but with a little solitude. Some SMALL items I would suggest. Invest in additional glassware. We had to run the dish multiple times a day to have enough glassware for everyone. Some of the walls could use a wipe down. I am sure this is just normal wear on a rental.

We had an incredible time for my husbands 40th birthday! The house had everything we needed to accommodate us and our guests. the fireplaces, the hot tub, the steam shower, the king size comfortable beds and especially how close it was to all of the activities we wanted to do. Very impressed with all interactions with management River Ridge Rentals. They promptly answered any questions prior to booking. They graciously allowed an early check in. They had someone come out the same day I contacted them to report fire pit would not start and replaced propane tank. The property itself was beautiful inside and out with comfortable beds and furniture. The pool table, shuffleboard, hot tub and fire pit were popular amenities enjoyed by my family.

We had so much fun. The house was stunning. So much space to enjoy our friends and family. We took full use of the pool table and shuffle board table! Our experience was great with this property. It was our first time using Vrbo and had great success. This property was exactly as pictured. Super clean, huge, and in a awesome neighborhood. This house is so beautiful and full of life. Everything you need is right here at the house. Waking up to the most beautiful sunrise and the neighbors are so friendly. The house and amenities were amazing and our family had plenty of room. We took advantage of the outdoors scenic views and enjoyed walking the neighborhood and golf course paths. The house was located about 10 minutes from downtown Breckenridge and was an easy drive for our large family.

The house could not have been nicer. It exceeded everyones expectations. Easy commute to either Frisco or Breckinridge. Most dinners were at the house, and is was very relaxing!

Hands Down this is an AWESOME HOUSE! The multiple master bedrooms were great. Huge Kitchen Space (We cooked almost every meal). Lots of patio space. Everything was thought of. WE LOVED EVERY ASPECT OF THE HOUSE! We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Breck...(plus its on the golf course)

Great house in an optimal location. Great views and comforts. The house looks like it was recently finished, so few minor details are still needed. Overall a great stay.
